Full English consisting of

  • 3 rashers of crispy bacon
  • 2 pork sausages
  • 2 fried eggs
  • mushrooms
  • tomato
  • beans
  • brown toast with butter
  • black coffee

Day 3 (rest) - English breakfast

Lunch (1300)

  • Toasted cheese sandwich
  • Salad
  • Crisps
  • Apple
  • Raspberries
  • Tea with milk and 2 sugars (hooray) x2

Day 3 (rest) - lunch

Various cups of tea throughout the day. This is the only day where I’m allowed a tea with milk and sugar of course.

Dinner (1800)

  • Steak, burger in rolls, hot dog in rolls, chicken strips
  • Salad
  • Potatoes
  • Birthday cake
  • Lemon meringue pie
  • Red wine
  • Champagne

If only the picture was all the food.

Verdict

The things I missed the most were bread (toast particularly) and tea with milk and two sugars. It was good to have the food I had, but today was the exception rather than the rule as it was a relative’s birthday. I know I have put on weight but who wouldn’t on a day like this? Next blow-out day I intend to eat less.
