With my personal trainer, treadmill, pec flys, reverse pec flys, vertical rows, treadmill, plank (personal best at 1m30s), oblique planks. Stretches.

One has to be careful with the scales I’m using. I think I’ve been taken wrong readings because the scales have not been flat against one tile in the bathroom. Oh well. Starting the day with a coffee then the gym.
Breakfast (0845)
Two poached eggs, lentils, green beans and cauliflower.
Dinner (2100 CET)
After many delays getting to my flat, I managed to fry some chicken in olive oil and microwave some kidney beans with broccoli.
Verdict
Today was going to be tough because it was a travel day. I ran out of lentils and beans, and didn’t have enough time to shop for more. Amazon we’re suppose to deliver before 1pm and I received a text to say that I would get the gear before 12 - it never arrived before then. I got on a flight today and there was nothing that I could eat. This would not normally be a problem but the flight was delayed. The lentils and black beans definitely keep you feeling full and are why the diet works. I’ve been feeling very hungry today. However I’ve managed to get to my flat, soak lentils and beans for the morning, roast a chicken and prepare salads. I should be sorted tomorrow foodwise. I have a horrible full day of work and I’m looking forward to the gym at the end of it. I’ve got no way to weigh myself at the flat tomorrow so may have to miss a measurement.
