Waist: my Prague tape measure has gone walkies

Mood: today I feel like Tim can keep his diet. Fed up. Looking forward to blow out day tomorrow.

Breakfast

Scrambled eggs (cooked dry in the microwave), broccoli and lentils. Whilst cooking, I managed some abs crunches - 3 sets of 20.

Lunch

Chicken with peppers and lentils]

Rest of yesterday’s salad, chicken portion and lentils.

Dinner (1830)

Yes, a good feed. They were surprised that I didn’t want the rice that was included but we got there in the end. Extra chicken to start with to make up for it.

Followed by a tanning session and two (albeit large) glasses of wine to finish the week. Very nice indeed.
