Last week we spoke about the dip. I'm definitely in it on the diet. And I need to keep my head down to get through it.

This morning I'm a little washed out and under par again. I'm back in ketosis and I'm able to get up and function. But the feeling is there.

On a diet, one immediately loses some weight. On a ketogenic diet, the glycogen store is the first to go. Once this has gone, it's very easy to say "it isn't working". This morning my weight had gone up and not down. Of course, this is only one measurement, but I've seen this before many times.

I expect for the next week or two to not see any measurable progress. In fact, I would not be surprised if I see any progress until February.

Progress has plateaued. But in terms of a project, we are still in the dip. We just need to keep going.
