I am very pleased because I’ve had a successful quarter. I started in January and I was 90.4kg. I’m now 82.1kg. I’ve lost over 5kg in fat. I can now fit into my 36” jeans again. Job done.

I keep track of my targets in a journal with colour indicatives. Q1 is a sea of green. I’ve prepared a full record of what I ate and my progress.

But the trick is to not get complacent and carry on. I took Good Friday off. I followed OMAD this weekend. Today I will have another cheat day. Then on Tuesday I will start again, but this time I will have two meals a day. I cannot continue on one meal a day forever.
