A Week of One Meal a Day.
I feel much better. My head is clearer and I have more energy. But I’m eating less. Last weekend I switched back to One Meal a Day because my progress stagnated in April. I’ve also (mostly) quit drink again.
This week I have more energy. I’m able to work for longer. I mentioned that in April I only did 7 hours writing as opposed to 40 hours in March. In May I’ve already done 8 hours and I’m on my way to more hopefully.
Next week I have a travel challenge. I will be going to dinner every night on the trip and I will try to make this the meal of the day. I will also allow myself some wine. And on one of the days I will allow myself a pass to eat what I want. The key is to be sensible and keep up the exercise.
