It’s day three of my One Meal a Day challenge and I’ve settled in. On day three I’m already in ketosis. But I felt rather hungry this afternoon.

Today is, of course, carb day. I’ve had a massive meal this evening. I started with tomato soup and bread. Then I had a full roast dinner followed by cheesecake.

So I’m on the track to recovery. My weight was 86.3kg this morning with 21.3% fat. I just need to keep going.
