The First Week of Lent.
After two days at the beginning of the week of not following any diet rules, I started again on Wednesday. On Shrove Tuesday, I started with two egg McMuffins and for lunch I had a sandwich. Then in the evening I had a chicken burger and some pancakes.
Getting started on Wednesday was not as difficult as I thought. But last night and this morning were tough. I suspect I’m in ketosis. I managed to concentrate at my French lesson and get going. But getting up was tough.
Strangely I’m not missing anything. I’m not missing alcohol nor feeling particularly hungry. But today I will be having carbs and a large meal.
I weighed in at 84.6kg this morning. Hopefully I get lose at least 2 of those before Easter.
