I’m allowing myself one cheat meal a week and this will usually be on a Saturday. Yesterday, I managed to hold out until about 1600. I had a huge meal starting with soup and two rolls. Then lamb with minted potatoes and vegetables. Then two slices of cheesecake.

I ate the food over the course of about three hours. I guess at this point one has to be careful what one means by “One Meal a Day”. What is important is the size of the eating window. Three to four hours is about right.

Anyway, I survived. This morning I’m the same weight as yesterday and feeling a bit better from having the feast. I’m back on the wagon today and I’m about to have chicken with cauliflower mash and cabbage.
