It started yesterday when I was walking the dogs at lunchtime. I’m beginning to feel hunger. To be clear, not cravings - actual hunger. But that’s okay, because today I will have a massive cheat meal. I haven’t decided what it will be yet, but I will have pancakes for dessert.

Here are the statistics for the week. I’ve had a bulletproof coffee first thing every morning (butter, MCT oil, coffee). I have not had any Apple Cider vinegar. This coming week I will take some as it helps suppress feelings of hunger. The weight has dropped off. I’m surprised how much. But I guess I have just burnt out my glycogen store. I will no doubt plateau this week.

This morning, I woke at 5:30am. I was not ready to get up, but at 5:55am I got up, made a coffee and read the newspapers. An hour later I jumped into action. By 8am, I’d done lots of stuff and by 9am I’d completed my French lesson, ready for more stuff.

It’s very clear the dieting regime is having a positive impact. I also did over four hours of writing yesterday.
