Progress Report 20/6/2026
It’s time for my weekly progress report. I keep waking up before 6, so I’m trying to use the time productively. And today will be a busy day. I need to get the dogs walked before its too hot, get to the gym and get to Kwik Fit to get the car air con fixed. So let’s go:

Overall, I’m happy with my intake. I’ve significantly reduced fat and I’ve halved things like porridge on gym days. On Monday it was difficult to measure but I’m pretty sure I came in around 2000 calories.

As of today, I’m at 13.2kg fat. I need to get to 12.2kg to hit my target. So let’s keep going.
