I’m afraid it doesn’t feel like a good week again. And the culprit is alcohol. Last night was probably the worst. I sat at the computer hacking on Debian packages. To be fair, anyone doing this needs a drink.

I averaged 2363 calories. Sunday was a write off. But I should not be too worried. Other than this, I’m eating the right things.

I’ve started to use my bike again but it’s not enough.

Anyway, I’m back to 12.6kg of fat. This is a dubious measurement, but the statistics are going in the right direction. More discipline next week.
