Progress Report 17/7/26
I’ve had a better week more or less. On Tuesday I was not able to count my calories because I ate out. I can tell you I had too many. I went to a comedy show with a friend and we had a drink (or two). But every other day where I could measure the calories, I consumed below 2000. Even with a glass of prosecco whilst England lost the football.
I need to lose another 800g of fat to hit my target at the end of August.

However I’m a bit burnt out and I need a break from everything. This evening I’m going to the coast for a bit. I will not be measuring anything at all. When I come back, I will either be going harder on myself with the current calorie counting or I will adopt one meal a day into August. Let’s see. I’ll post on Monday.
