The rhythm has begun.
I beginning to feel that I’m getting somewhere. As I write this, I have been seriously dieting for one month. And I intend to go through to at least Easter. Once I “finish”, I will switch to a more regular low-carb diet.
But I’m seeing the results. As I wrote on Friday, I am losing weight and more importantly I am losing fat.
There is a similar story this week, although I have exercised more. I have been taking the dogs for long walks and the weather has been good. Apart from an occasional craving for a KFC bargain bucket, all is good. Here are the statistics for the week:
