Since Sunday I’ve been a good boy. I’ve stuck the diet and I haven’t had a drink. I’ve also had a walk or been on the exercise bike four times this week. I will do the fifth time today. I’ve also stuck to the rules more or less. I’m also in ketosis.

The only exceptions were switching of on Wednesday and Thursday. I finished work just after 9pm on Wednesday. And I finished work late on Thursday.

I’m tracking the goals I set in the first post of the year on a seperate page. So far so good.

Today is a cheat day, so the statistics will reset tomorrow. But I’m pleased so far. Happy new year!
