If at first you don't succeed, lower your standards.
Some adjustments are required to my Q1 2025 rules. These two in fact:
- If I’m having a morning meal, it will usually be eggs.
- No alcohol, but… see below.
They will be replaced by these:
- Morning meal will be low-carb, not necessarily eggs
- Up to 250ml of dry wine per day allowed 2 times a week. 250ml is considered “green”, 375ml “amber” and above “red”.
I suspect I will still break the second rule. It’s easy to go out to dinner and eat well, but it’s tougher (for me at least) not to enjoy a drink with it.
